Muktananda® Dhyana Saptah: A Siddha Meditation® Event

You will soon have the opportunity to spend a full day meditating and reflecting on the divine Self.
The Muktananda Dhyana Saptah is a day-long teaching and learning event focused on the Siddha Yoga practices of meditation and silence.

The Day’s Schedule:
Participants are encouraged to attend each session of the event. There are pauses throughout the day and an hour and a half lunch pause.
- Orientation: 8:00 am
- Hall will open: 8:00 am
- Muktananda Dhyana Saptah: 8:30 am – 5:30 pm
- Amrit & Bookstore will be available during breaks.
